Bok Choy Swiss Chard

Ingredients

  • - 1 bunch of bok choy
  • - 1 bunch of swiss chard
  • - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • - Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. 1. Wash the bok choy and swiss chard thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped bok choy and swiss chard to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve as a side dish or as a base for a main dish. Enjoy!
