Bok Choy Swiss Chard

Ingredients
- - 1 bunch of bok choy
- - 1 bunch of swiss chard
- - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- - Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- 1. Wash the bok choy and swiss chard thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped bok choy and swiss chard to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Serve as a side dish or as a base for a main dish. Enjoy!
