Ingredients
- - 2 racks of baby back ribs
- - 1 cup barbecue sauce of your choice
- - Salt and pepper to taste
- - BBQ rub seasoning (optional)
Directions
- 1. Preheat your small gas grill to medium-high heat.
- 2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the racks and trimming any excess fat.
- 3. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub seasoning if desired.
- 4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Close the lid and cook for about 1.5-2 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through, turning occasionally.
- 5. During the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, turning and basting occasionally to create a caramelized glaze.
- 6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting between the bones to serve. Enjoy your delicious baby back ribs!
