Ingredients

  • - 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • - 1 cup barbecue sauce of your choice
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - BBQ rub seasoning (optional)

Directions

  1. 1. Preheat your small gas grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the racks and trimming any excess fat.
  3. 3. Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub seasoning if desired.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the grill, bone side down. Close the lid and cook for about 1.5-2 hours, or until the meat is tender and cooked through, turning occasionally.
  5. 5. During the last 15-20 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce, turning and basting occasionally to create a caramelized glaze.
  6. 6. Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting between the bones to serve. Enjoy your delicious baby back ribs!
